01 It’s a balm, not a wax stick
A stick is mostly wax, poured hot and set hard. It drags across your skin and leaves most of what it’s carrying sitting on the surface. Roon is a whipped, waterless balm that melts at body temperature and absorbs — so the actives end up where the bacteria actually are.
02 Five actives, not one and a fragrance
Zinc oxide, zinc ricinoleate, capryloyl glycine, a probiotic ferment and a balanced, buffered baking soda. Most natural sticks lean on one active and let the scent do the rest — which is why they smell great for two hours and then don’t.
03 Nothing in it to evaporate
It’s anhydrous — no water at all. Water-based formulas thin out and wash away with the moisture on a hot day. There’s nothing here to thin.
