We stand behind Roon completely. If you try our products and aren't satisfied — for any reason — within 60 days of your purchase, we'll make it right with a full refund. No hassle, no hoops.

How It Works

Simply email us at support@roonbody.com with your order number and a brief note on what didn't work for you. That's it. We'll process your refund promptly — no return shipping required. You keep the product.

We don't ask you to ship back personal care items. It's not practical, and frankly, we trust you.

A Few Details

  • The 60-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product. Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact that retailer directly — their policy applies to those transactions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — we'll take care of it immediately. Email us at support@roonbody.com with your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
