Thank you for shopping with Roon Body. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, shipping is outside of our direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first and then contact us at hello@roonbody.com so we can assist.

International Shipping
If international shipping is available, delivery times and costs vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
